It's our end-of-year survey! Please take a few minutes to fill out the form below to help us plan for 2026. What programs do you love and want to see again? What didn't work as well? What brilliant ideas do you have, and wish there was an organization to help you move that idea forward? We read and respond to each of these surveys, and several of our programs and initiatives were directly inspired by your feedback, such as the Deep Roots grants at The Big Give and the Milk and Eggs grants. We can't wait to hear what you are thinking!
Folks who return this survey to us by January 26 will be entered into a lottery to receive one of four $50 gift cards to a local small business that sells gift cards (online)!
